Good health is a blessing from Allah Almighty, as mentioned in the Hadith of the Prophet (saw) where Ibn Abaas reported: The messenger of Allah (saw) said, There are two blessings in which many people incur loss, good health and free time. [Sahih Bukhari] There are many remedies mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah and each has its own merits. The greatest remedy we have for issues pertaining to the heart and mind, is the Quran.
